Serving O Street Market since 1931 and Union Market since 1971, Harvey’s has been the neighborhood`s go-to for top-quality meats. While owner and expert butcher George Lesznar has retired after more than 40 years, Harvey`s legacy will live on as Harvey`s by Soko with Brad Feickert, the chef and owner of Soko Butcher at the helm. 🥩
