Cut Seven focuses on different muscle groups each day to achieve complete muscle failure with optimum recovery. Each isolated workout plays into a larger program, giving you the precision of personal training within a team setting. Team-setting? Think of it this way, your teammate has 15 reps of kettlebell biceps curls and you’re throwing down on the battle ropes! Everyone pushes a little harder than they would if just working out by themselves and strangers become teammates within minutes. The camaraderie and the sweat is real!
- Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early as we required personal temperatures and sanitation prior to checking into class. If you are not feeling 100%, please email to receive your credit back, no questions asked. Please know, our entire team follows strict policies of quarantining post any travel in addition to covid testing prior to working.
- During the workout, we guarantee more than 6ft of distance between each athlete for the entirety of class by utilizing numbered spots and cones. No athlete shares equipment within each portion of class. We provide individual cleaning caddies for disinfection and personal sanitation.
