Join Kaitlyn Morrison, the owner of Morrison Makers, at West Elm @Lab 1270 for an afternoon of himmeli assembly! In this workshop, you will learn the basics of creating himmeli using straw and wire. The word himmeli is derived from “himmel” a Swedish word meaning “sky” or “heaven” – befittingly, given the exquisite, celestial structure of the historical decor. At the end of this class, you will have practiced your new skills and created TWO beautiful, modern hearts to hang in your home or gift to a loved one. Air plants will be available for purchase to add to your himmeli heart!
They’ll go over the basics so if you have never seen or heard of himmeli, don’t worry, you’ve got this!
Ticket available here!
