At Bread Alley, six expert bakers begin their day at 3:30 am to craft hundreds of heavenly baguettes, naturally leavened boules, and an array of specialty breads to supply the 14th Street French brasserie. 

Tucked away on Morse Street NE, this 100 SF micro shop showcases the magical marriage of heirloom whole-wheat flour, a living levain starter, and other exceptional ingredients Explore crusty French baguettes, multigrain levain boules, cranberry walnut boules, and more. As they expand, expect Viennoiserie, pastries, and an ever-changing selection of specialty breads.
