This class is designed for people who feel like they’re super inflexible, people of color, folks who have bigger bodies, or folks who feel like they don’t see themselves in a traditional yoga class. Every skill level is welcomed and you’ll enjoy good vibes, build heat, strength, and flexibility, all in a relaxed atmosphere and inclusive community.
