St. Anselm and Pastis DC are excited to announce our first collaborative winemaker evening, featuring Domaine du Pégau, Southern Rhone Valley’s benchmark producer of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
On Tuesday, May 28 at 7:30 PM, we invite you to experience a 4-course tasting dinner at St. Anselm, where you’ll enjoy 5 of Domaine du Pégau’s noble wines paired alongside smoky roasted oysters, dry-aged axe handles, and decadent olive oil cake amongst others in the company of the Domaine’s winemaker, Laurence Feraud.
Feel free to join us at Pastis for a producer tasting hour from 5-7 PM, where Laurence Feraud will be sharing three additional Pégau bottlings from both their Chateauneuf and Côtes-du-Rhône estates alongside light hors d’oeuvres.
