Hosted by Skillette, this workshop is a continuation of Knife Skills 1, perfecting the slicing and chopping technique with low cuts and shapes including the batonnet, medium julienne, large dice and medium dice while improving form and speed. Students will use their perfect cuts to make quick ginger carrot pickles and a strawberry, tomato, cucumber salad to take home.
