Hosted by Skillette, this course will focus on the skill of crêpe making from various traditions around the world: the buckwheat galette from Normandy, and the pannkaka from Sweden. The course will cover the intricacies of batter preparation and mastering the swirl and flip for flawless, lacy crêpes. Students explore and experiment with sweet and savory fillings and use a variety of whole grains. Dairy milk alternatives will be available for vegan and vegetarian diets.
