Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough, and then use a pasta machine or rolling pin to roll out your dough until it’s the right thickness to cut into ribbons of fresh Pappardelle. You will also learn to make a delicious fresh mushroom Ragout sauce. Everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta dish at the end of class! No experience is required!
