What time does music start on Saturday?
Doors and music start at 3:30 PM. Louis the Child will start around 8 PM.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We are completely sold out for this Saturday’s event! The only way to guarantee entry to this sold-out event is to buy a VIP ticket in advance.
Is the event accessible?

Does my ticket guarantee entry?
This event is on a first-come, first-served basis. While you need a ticket to enter, it does not guarantee entry. The only way to guarantee entry to this sold-out event is to buy a VIP ticket. VIP badges can be picked up on the racetrack at the Driver check-in tent.
Is this event pet-friendly?
We expect large crowds and highly recommend that you leave your pets at home for their safety and comfort.
How do I get there?
Take the Metro to NoMa-Gallaudet U and walk or bike with Capital Bikeshare. We expect large crowds, so please use public transit or rideshare services.

Louis the Child Block Party will take place on a closed portion of 5th Street NE.
Is this event rain or shine?
Inclement weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, thunderstorms and high winds, create unsafe conditions for guests. Updates regarding any weather-related changes will be found on Union Market District’s Instagram before and during the event.
Can I drink alcohol outdoors?
In Union Market District, you may only consume alcohol inside restaurants, within licensed patio areas, or within the licensed event areas. No outside alcohol is permitted.
