Mindful Strides is a 10-week Yoga for Runners Program designed to support participants and their loved ones in training for the Marine Corps Marathon and other local races. You do not need to be training for the MCM in order to participate. We are looking to support runners and athletic individuals find balance, ease, and support in their training.

This holistic program is powered by lululemon and will feature local and globally recognized yoga teachers, physical therapists, and educators from the DMV area. Each session is 60 minutes and will include a grounding meditation + breathwork, some physical practice, followed by community engagement and discourse. This enriching program is entirely free of charge for participants. Please bring a mat, block, towel, and all the good vibes.
