In this hands-on class, we’ll whisk, swirl, and flip our way to crepe perfection. First up: a savory, herb-studded crepe filled with smoky ham (or caramelized onions) and melted Gruyère—because breakfast should feel a little elevated. Then, we’ll move on to something sweet, where you’ll build your own crepe with a variety of fillings, toppings, and spreads. Think rich chocolate, fresh fruit, whipped cream, salted caramel, and more!
