This mural by artist and D.C. native Loveis Wise was inspired by memories of riding the metro in their youth. “I was always observing other riders in route, looking outside the train window, or reading a book,” says Wise. “I pieced it all together to create this optimistic, sunburst-studded scene.”
Loveis Wise is an illustrator and artist drawing reimagined futures and playfulness in Los Angeles.
