Tarì Trattoria brings a fresh Amalfi Coast vibe to Washington, DC. Created by the founder of acclaimed Italian liqueur distillery, Don Cicco & Figli, Tarì is uniquely inspired by traditional seafood dishes, with local and seasonal produce and locally baked bread.

Tarì is a love letter to Francesco Amodeo’s family recipes and the simple, bold flavors of his hometown of Fuore, Italy. Each dish features unique and hard-to-find seafood, and each fish—whether it’s local, or flown in from Italy, Japan or beyond—is dry-aged to enhance its best flavor and texture, making it tender, juicy and ready for anything that’s cooking.  Also in true Amalfi Coast style, Tarí skips the butter…and lets olive oil, sea salt and fresh ingredients do the talking.
