Journey through the birthplace of wine and discover how ancient techniques and indigenous grapes are shaping a new era of winemaking in the Middle East. From the volcanic soils of Georgia to the high-altitude vineyards of Lebanon and the Mediterranean coasts of Israel and Turkey, this tasting explores the vibrant diversity, resilience, and innovation defining the region’s wine scene today.
We’ll sample a thoughtfully curated lineup—from crisp whites and amber-hued orange wines to bold, structured reds—each telling a story of place, culture, and tradition.
Each wine will be paired with exquisite bites prepared by Michelin-trained Chef Rachel Bindel. Drawing on the spices, herbs, and ingredients of the Levant and Caucasus, Rachel will craft small plates that echo the depth and soul of the wines—think muhammara with pomegranate molasses, lamb-stuffed vine leaves, crispy halloumi with preserved lemon, and pistachio-dusted semolina cakes.
