Get ready to feel the beat, dance with joy, let loose and have fun! Doonya is a high-energy, dance-based fitness workout inspired by the vibrant beats of South Asia. This full-body cardio class blends Bollywood music, easy-to-follow choreography, and high-intensity interval training to leave you glowing—inside and out!

Led by Rathna, a certified group fitness Doonya instructor for many years, this class is designed for all levels. You’ll move through routines that target major muscle groups using innovative choreography and bodyweight exercises. No experience needed—just bring your energy! You’ll feel empowered, energized, and part of a joyful community!
