Born in Corinto, El Salvador, Josue Martínez is a passionate multimedia artist and graphic designer with more than 25 years of experience creating works of art. Astec Indian Xiuhtecuhtli God of turquoise and fire was inspired by the Aztec Mesoamerica Calendar used centuries ago throughout Central America. This work is a courtesy of the Embassy of El Salvador and La Casita Pupuseria, which was painted during the Celebration of Salvadoran Culture organized at La Cosecha in April 2023.
