Reading Partners is a nonprofit whose mission is to help children become lifelong readers by empowering community volunteers to provide individualized instruction that produces measurable results.
By following our easy to use and research-based curriculum, our community volunteers provide twice-weekly, one-on-one literacy tutoring to kindergarten to fourth-grade students who are struggling with reading.
During the 2018-19 school year, we are serving 925 students at 19 Title I elementary schools across Washington, DC. To learn more, visit our website.
