We serve staple Ethiopian dishes with modern presentation and fusion pairings because we believe ingredients should be bold and quality should be accessible.
Gorsha was started by foodpreneur Hiyaw Gebreyohannes in 2017. Also founder of Taste of Ethiopia, a packaged retail Ethiopian food line, Hiyaw has always been committed to sharing a piece of Ethiopian culture with a broader market and to marry traditional Ethiopian cuisine with modern culinary technique.
