🥁Drumroll, please! 🌮 Introducing the featured chefs for La Mesa at La Cosecha! Come hungry and bring your friends 🔥
On Sunday, October 4, La Cosecha partners and some of the region’s leading chefs will each create their own take on a taco, available for one day only. Leading the lineup are La Cosecha partners Daniella Senior, of Elegancia and Colada Shop, Miguel Guerra of Donisima and Alam Méndez of Apapacho Taqueria. They’ll be joined by Fernando Gonzalez of 2Fifty BBQ, Isabel Coss of Pascual and Christian Irabien of Amparo Fondita.
Frio Frio will also bring back its Majarete soft serve, inspired by the traditional corn-based dessert. And LC Pupusas is serving up a Harvest Pupusa (carrot-infused masa pupusa with chicken and squash, served with jalapeño curtido and red salsa) with Apple Sangria and Fresco de Jamaica. See you there!
