Red Apron is a full service butcher and charcuterie shop. All of our charcuterie is handmade by our culinary team, led by Chef and Butcher Nathan Anda. We specialize in creative sandwiches and retail products to complement our meat selection, all of which is responsibly raised in this region. In addition to the butcher counter, we maintain a bar specializing in craft beer to compliment our sandwich menu.
Any Red Apron candidate should possess a passion for food and genuine interest in friendly and informative customer service. While restaurant and gourmet retail experience are preferred, they’re not necessary. We’re more than happy to train the right enthusiastic individuals.
