About Home Rule:
The Home Rule Music Festival is a family-friendly event focused on the music and culture of Washington, DC. Legendary jazz artists and musicians will enliven the Great Lawn, with a plethora of fun activities including a record fair, local food trucks, craft beverages, and more.
Through partnerships with Captial Bop and Songbyrd Music House, the Home Rule Music Festival has expanded to include 2 weekends of live music on June 16, 17, and 24. We’re returning to the Parks at Walter Reed on Saturday, June 17, and we’ve added events before and after this special day.
The Home Rule Music Festival is a celebration of DC’s rich and vibrant music and culture! On June 17, we’ll have an amazing day that includes a Record Fair, the best food trucks, craft beverages from Anxo, special merch vendors plus terrific live music. The Home Rule Music Festival is family-friendly and FREE. A limited number of VIP tickets are available.
