Come join FIT4MOM DC for a Stroller Friendly Family Fitness Class on 5/8 at 9:30 am. Connect with your family and other families while we celebrate Mom and get in a workout! We will take you through cardio, strength and core exercises that are perfect for all fitness levels.
What do you need? A water bottle, mat, and a resistance band (if you do not have a band we will have sanitized used ones to provide for you or you can purchase a new band with our instructors). Come ready to sweat, and most importantly have a fun morning with your family and ours!
