On March 28th, the third edition of COOK + BOOK will take place at Union Market with a cooking class focused on making Tibetan nomad style dumpling soup with former Buddhist monk and refugee, Chef Dorjee Tsering of Dorjee Momo. Learn the techniques behind the unique flavors and heartfelt preparation of this special Himalayan dish. After class, chat with Chef Dorjee about what ingredients at Toli Moli’s Burmese Bodega you can use for home cooking.
