Handmade pasta can seem intimitading, but in this class, our expert Chef instructors will guide students through mastering the art of making classic pasta dough and using a pasta roller. Students will gain proficiency in kneading the dough, allowing it to rest, and operating a pasta roller to create fettuccine and garganelli. Additionally, they will learn to cook pasta to the perfect al dente texture. The course also covers making a versatile pesto sauce using various greens, herbs, and nuts. At the end of the class, students will take home their freshly made pasta, a jar of homemade pesto, and a small pasta board to continue their pasta-making journey at home!
