Join us for the first installment of Cordelia’s Fall Wine Dinner Series, celebrating the distinctive wines of New York’s Finger Lakes. On Thursday, September 17, we welcome winemaker Kelby James Russell of Apollo’s Praise for an unforgettable evening exploring the region through its wines.
Chef Josh Hunt will create a five-course tasting menu showcasing the rich flavors of fall, with each course cooked over charcoal and thoughtfully paired with selections from Apollo’s Praise.
5-course menu including wine pairings for $125 per person. (Tax and gratuity not included). Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. Reservations are required and limited to parties of six or fewer.
