This year, DRYY Garment Care is honored to partner with KidOvation Stage, founded by Tsion Tekle, a Washington, DC-based youth initiative committed to empowering children through summer camps, educational programming, mentorship and community engagement across local school systems. Together, this year’s collaboration will help launch transformative programming designed to equip children in underserved communities with tools they need to build wealth — not just income.
In partnership with Makerspace DC, funds raised through DRYY Run 2026 will directly support programs focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and foundational life skills for DC youth. These initiatives will teach children how money works — including saving, credit, budgeting and investing basics — while creating immersive educational experiences that encourage ownership, confidence, leadership and long-term opportunity.
