The husband and wife team who run one of DCs favorite food trucks are moving indoors to Union Market. Featuring traditional fillings, such as black beans and rice, jerk chicken, and vegetable curry, DCE doesn’t hold back, giving loyal patrons fancier and more international fillings, like serrano ham and manchego, General Tso’s shrimp, beef Wellington, and chicken tikka as well as seasonal flavors to the menu.
